Surface Coating for Oil and Gas Applications

INQUIRY

Alfa Chemistry's surface coating technology is used in a wide range of oil and gas surfaces and applications, and it offers exceptional performance, process simplification, and greater value. We've developed a novel anti-fouling technique that employs multi-layer polymers to improve the substrate's anti-fouling capabilities against pollutants including oil, paraffin, and other soil impurities. This method produces a coating that is wear-resistant, simple to apply, optically transparent, and ultra-thin.

Learn About Our Coating Technology

Alfa Chemistry's easy-to-apply surface treatment method can be used with metal oxides to create an oleophobic coating that prevents oil-related impurities from developing on metal surfaces. This improves measurement accuracy by protecting sapphire sensors and stainless steel equipment while also promoting oil flow in downhole applications. To reduce the formation of paraffin and asphaltenes on stainless steel instruments during oil and gas production, you can use our oleophobic coatings in mobile and submerged environments. Our coating offers a one-of-a-kind solution for improving measurement accuracy while lowering maintenance expenses.

Alfa Chemistry also offers oleophobic surface treatments for other flow and immersion settings, such as turbine flow meters, valves, and other precision equipment, to prevent fouling and accumulation. Our goods are simple to use, as they can be dipped, sprayed, washed, and polished. This reduces the requirement for extra equipment and eliminates the need for additional solidification. All you have to do now is put it into practice.

The pipeline's oleophobic coating allows it to reject practically any liquid. These treatments can be used on a wide range of materials, including stainless steel and other metals. Pipes and tubes are both hydrophobic and oleophobic, making them easy to handle both inside and out.
