Features And Benefits Superabsorbent polymer. Absorbs many times its weight of aqueous fluids.
Absorbs aqueous fluids to give gels which retain fluids under stress. Polymer swells in water but does not dissolve. Amount of aqueous fluid absorbed decreases with increasing salt content.
